La Patogallina, one of the most important street theater companies in the country, is preparing this parade featuring sculptures of three Andean animals that call for a reconnection with nature and history.
A huge silver sculpture appears in the city. A condor, a puma, and a snake make up the imposing image. This dreamlike representation installs in the middle of the city the power and magic of the Andean culture. A culture for which this trilogy is a fundamental icon. The three sacred animals have come out of the mineral heart of the Andes and the confines of time, crossing centuries of history to appear before the eyes of the inhabitants of our cities.
These silver spirits come with a very clear message: we must reconnect with the laws of nature, with history, with the water cycle and the pulse of the winds. They have come out of their eternal rest to bring this message to our cities, and they will only be able to return to the "Apus" if citizens listen to their message, and are able to articulate collective actions, where dances and music are the protagonists.
