An old retired captain is waiting for a mysterious phone call from his granddaughter Nora, who has visited him to spend the longed-for winter vacation together. The old man has made a mistake that he does not know how to remedy. When Nora discovers the event and who the expected call is from, she will undertake with him a series of actions to soften his inflexibility and boost his impetus to ask for forgiveness.
