One of the most emblematic works of the Teatro Ictus, which celebrates 70 years of life, is presented at the Teatro a Mil International Festival 2025. It tells the life of three construction workers who work under the rules of the Minimum Employment Program (PEM), a plan established during the dictatorship in which workers received one third of the minimum wage of the time.

The work that four decades ago starred Nissim Sharim, Delfina Guzmán, Jaime Vadell, Cristián García Huidobro, Rubén Sotoconil and Jose Manuel Salcedo, returns in 2025 celebrating the company's 70 years. A new cast will give life to these fun and interesting characters that project reality and the deep spirit of observation of Ictus that remains in force.

Pedro, a laid-off construction worker, Juan, a bankrupt fruit and vegetable merchant, and Diego, a public official fired due to "staff reduction", star in this story in which the three characters in search of work are forced to be part of this precarious government program (PEM).
